Hi, I’m Amy Wodicka — a full-time Realtor® and Team Leader of Selling South Georgia, proudly serving Valdosta, the surrounding South Georgia communities, and the Golden Isles. I’m local to the area and deeply rooted here, and I love helping clients discover not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home.

I bring 8+ years of real estate experience and 8 years in sales, along with 7.5+ years in property management, which gives me a unique advantage on both the buying and selling side. My background allows me to see opportunities, anticipate challenges, and guide clients with clarity and confidence through every step of the process.

Early in my career, I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year (2020) through the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors® and achieved over $11 million in combined sales volume in 2019–2020. Since then, my business has continued to grow, and today I have the privilege of leading and mentoring agents while still remaining hands-on with my own clients.

I’m known as a go-getter, strong communicator, and advocate for my clients. I believe in honest guidance, proactive problem-solving, and always putting your goals first. When you tell me what you want to accomplish, I go above and beyond to help make it happen.

I also specialize in military relocation, working with families moving to and from Moody Air Force Base and Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, as well as clients relocating from out of state. My husband served in the U.S. Navy for 8.5 years, so I personally understand PCS moves, deployments, and the urgency and logistics that often come with military life. My goal is to make long-distance buying or selling as smooth and stress-free as possible.
